Due to the recent Canada Post strike and the lack of advance notice, our team is actively working on alternative solutions to minimize disruptions to your orders.
Orders not yet shipped: We are redirecting shipments through other carriers whenever possible. Please note that this option is not available for PO Box addresses or locations where Canada Post is the only carrier. Additionally, there may be instances where we are not able to ship to your address. In that event, we will offer a full refund via your original payment method.
Orders already in transit with Canada Post: Unfortunately, once a package is in Canada Post’s possession, we cannot intervene or reroute it. These orders may experience delays until the strike is resolved.
Future orders:Until further notice, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or to areas that depend exclusively on Canada Post.
