REFUNDS POLICY

We work hard to produce the healthiest, most delicious treats for your pets – and we stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a refund via the original payment method you used on the darfordstore.com site. You will need to apply for your refund within 15 days of your purchase. We do not accept returns at this time.

To initiate a refund, please fill out the Contact Us form or email us at web_order@darford.com. You can also call us at 1-866-479-7999, Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm PST, and one of our customer care associates will provide the appropriate instructions to process the refund. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund the purchase price for the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
